I've had my eye on these black rings by Austrian-born designer Ettore Sottsass for a while, but they're actually made of silver. The line has been discontinued, so if you want one, better get it now! Six styles to choose from, $125-$175 each.

The Carrotbox is a "new & notable" site on Yahoo! today (yay!) but the surge in traffic seems to be slowing down the server (boo!). If pages are slow to load, or if you see weird images in weird places (or images missing entirely), I apologize! A big welcome to all the Yahoo! readers out there. I hope you like what you see :)

UPDATE: I waved my magic wand and fixed things up so slowness shouldn't be a problem now!
