Please note that all sales are final. Unfortunately, I've had to stop accepting returns and exchanges (also, I prefer not to re-list returned items, especially glass). Please understand that for air parcel shipments, while I am willing to help, I may not be fully responsible for items lost in the mail (though this has happened only once so far). If this concerns you or if you require tracking, I recommend having items shipped via Xpresspost. Details are here.
I know shopping online can be a guessing game sometimes, so I strive to take accurate photos. However, since everyone has different monitor settings, please be aware that slight colour differences are possible. I also triple-check each ring to make sure the size is as accurate as it can be (read more here) but as with clothes and shoes, it is not an exact science. If you're not comfortable with this or with my returns policy, the best thing would be to not order. Of course, I prefer that you do order, but I just want to make sure my policy is clear so that nobody is disappointed! Please know that I put effort and care into my photos, sizing and descriptions.
GST will be added to Canadian orders. BC residents will also have PST added to their orders (sorry about that!). For everyone outside of Canada, there is no sales tax. Customs charges, if any, will be paid by the customer.
